All product items are sent to fulfillment immediately after order; therefore, we are unable to cancel orders after they are placed.
For cancellation of a Powerbooks, A Mastermind Book Club Session, please send cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject: CANCEL for a refund, or RESCHEDULE for store credit and placement into another session. Please include the name and email address used to purchase the session.
All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your address. Normal processing and shipping time is 7-10 business days. Holidays and circumstances out of the control of Scar Power may increase shipping time.
While some items are in stock, others may require pre-order. In stock items are shipped within 24 hours. All pre-order items are shipped between 14-21 business days. For higher volume items, items will be shipped between 2-4 weeks, and may be shipped in separate packaging based on the total number of items purchased.

All orders are provided with an email confirmation that includes a USPS tracking number; please refer to the tracking number and follow up with USPS for shipping updates.

Please read all sizing information and charts in the product descriptions for best fit. Some items may be tailed for a slim fit, or relaxed fit, or run small depending on the style. You are responsible for choosing the best size for you.
Returns, Exchanges and Lost Items
Our goal is that you love your products just as much as we do; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for store credit ONLY. **Failure to timely return a Product is a violation of our Terms and may result in no store credit being issued.**
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME; STORE CREDIT ONLY
To return your item, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com for return procedures with the subject: RETURNS, and include your order number, name, and the reason for your return. Please don’t return any items without contacting us first!
Items must be in saleable condition (no perfumes, deodorant, or stains caused during fitting) to be eligible to receive store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any products that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear and fragrances.
We are not responsible for any Products which are shipped for return to Scar Power. Please ensure you track products as necessary with shipping provider to ensure they are on track. You will receive confirmation via email of receipt of returned items.
Returning by Mail:
Scar Power is unable to refund any original shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Redemption and Use
Store credit is only issued electronically; no physical card will be provided. Store credit will be issued via email within 24 hours of receipt of return. Store credit will be delivered to the email address used to request the return, unless you specify otherwise. You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address. Store credit may be redeemed by providing the digital number at the time of checkout online. When store credit is redeemed, the value of the purchase will be reduced based on the currently available store credit balance.
Expiration and Fees
Store credit does not expire and is not subject to any fees. Store credit is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred for value.
For the best care of your items, please turn them inside out and machine wash cold. Do not iron printed or embroidered areas. To dry, lay flat and drip dry for best outcome, or tumble dry on low heat setting.
